Refund and cancellation terms for AS fees are stated in your proposal or agreement. If you are unsure, email us at support@amandasilva.site.

Purchases made through a seller's bot

When you buy from a seller who uses our software, the seller is responsible for the product and its refund terms. Contact the seller first. If you cannot reach them, write to us and we will help route your request.

How to request a refund

Email support@amandasilva.site with your name, the email or Telegram username used and the date of the charge. We reply within 3 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank so we can resolve it quickly.
